Terms and conditions

We guarantee your bedroom to be ready for check in by 1.00pm and ask that you please help us to honor this undertaking for subsequent guests by observing the check out time of 11.00am on the morning of departure. Should you cancel your reservation within seven days of arrival, we reserve the right to retain the charge of one night’s stay. We strongly recommend all guests take out a Travel Insurance Policy which will cover them in the event of cancellation due to illness, etc.

Should guests depart before the scheduled date, we reserve the right to charge as per the original booking (cancellation).

In the event of departure after the check out time 11am – we reserve the right to charge an additional nights charge.

Security

Each room is equipped with a safe and we recommend that guests do not leave property or valuables unattended in the room. The management is liable for Guest’s property within the limits provided by current legislation. Cars parked in the hotel car park are not the responsibility of the hotel.
